Dr. Mendrinos is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical pathology. He received his Medical degree from the Democritus University of Thrace, in Greece and completed residency training in Pathology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta Georgia. Dr Mendrinos has additional subspecialty fellowship training in Urologic pathology, Breast pathology and Cytopathology. He is the former clinical Assistant Professor of pathology at New York University School of Medicine (NYU) and Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). Dr Mendrinos has authored articles about urologic pathology that have been published in various scientific journals.
Dr. Mendrinos' scientific contributions in the field of urologic pathology received recognitions from the American Society of Uroradiology, International Society of Urological Pathology, College of American Pathology and the United States and Canadian Association of Pathology.
